Following assessment by Speech and language therapists, patients maybe advised to follow a modified consistency diet, including pureed foods and thickened fluids. Our Dietitians are able to advise well balanced diet plans to ensure your nutritional well being is maintained, whilst assessing your need for additional supplements. Swallow impairment can often be a sensitive matter, with our dietitians experienced in ensuring both the patients and carers concerns are heard.
